Mixed-Use Residential Masterplan, Toronto, Ontario
This masterplan was developed to host a large mixed-use residential development site composed of existing and new building structures that is located in the vicinity of many community amenities. To address the many aspects of the site, a conceptual study was made to explore different options in approach of the site.

Located at a key intersection of the city and planning for the future light rapid transit station, the project considered all essential TOD (transit oriented development) principles as well as making many site connections to its surrounding abundance of parks and trails.
