Keele Street Condo, Toronto, Ontario
A low-rise condominium was planned in the heart of the Junction neighbourhood of Toronto. Located on Keele Street just north of Dundas West, RAW Design architects developed a low-rise, 4 level condo, approximately 46.5k square foot gross floor area building.

While located at the corner of Keele St. and Vine Ave. the landscape design addressed the public realm on Keele Street and the local community feel of Vine Avenue. A large courtyard space was also created to provide outdoor amenity for the building. This on-structure space provided seating, gathering space and large deciduous trees for shade while green roofs through the building fulfilled Toronto’s Green Standards requirements.
